Jennifer Garner ditches her ring and gets herself a 'new nanny' as she returns home to Los Angeles

There are no more distractions to stop the star dealing the fall-out from the collapse of her marriage to Ben Affleck. Jennifer Garner will now have to focus on what is next for her and her family after spending the summer filming in Atlanta.

It has been just over two months since the 43-year-old and her Hollywood husband announced they were splitting up and on Friday the star had removed the symbol of her decade-long marriage. The Alias star was seen near home Brentwood, California, without her ring and reportedly with one of the family's new nannies.

The previous woman to hold that position, Christine Ouzounian, it has been claimed had an affair with Ben. While that has not been confirmed, the now estranged couple have recently hired a team of new nannies to look after their three children Violet 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
