Police forces cafe to tone down "Sick" Halloween murder scene display showing mutilated baby

Police have ordered a cafe boss to take down his gory Halloween window display with a horrific murder scene which featured a baby covered in blood.

Ian Payne, 48, decorated his eatery using mannequins of a masked murderer killing a woman with duct tape on her mouth with fake blood spattered everywhere. The murdered woman was holding a mutilated baby, while a child with a knife in its head sprawled on the floor. Three officers visited the cafe after a member of the public complained about the violent window display.
Ian was asked to remove the baby under anti-social behaviour legislation on the grounds of taste and decency. But the body of the child - which has a knife embedded in the back of its skull - remains in place.
