Ciara steps out braless in a grey skirt with long train to Milan's amfAR gala

Ciara made sure all eyes were on her when she attended the prestigious amfAR gala in Milan Saturday evening.

The 29-year-old wore a grey patterned floor-length gown which trailed behind her for the event, held during Milan Fashion Week at La Permanente. Joined by a host of stars including Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum and Dakota Johnson, the mother-of-one made sure she didn't blend in, with her stunning ensemble.

The star put on a leggy display in her number as it featured a waterfall shape design, which was short at the front and covered a black leather mini skirt. The skirt section had a frill detail around the hem and had a white pattern running throughout. The top part of the number consisted of a grey vest top which flattered her shape. Knowing that it's all in the details, Ciara accessorized with a bronze choker and matching arm cuff, opting for a pair of simple black strappy sandals.
