Rapper Fetty Wap gets served 3 summons after breaking leg during motorcycle crash as he had 'no license, no insurance, no registration'

Rapper Fetty Wap is recovering in hospital after he was knocked off his motorcycle in his New Jersey hometown on Saturday.

The 25-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday to let his fans know he's doing fine and revealed he broke his leg in three places in the serious accident. 'Broke my leg in three places... but Imma be a'ight' he added before again thanking all his supporters. On Monday The New York Daily News reported the musician has been cited with three tickets by police officers in his home state. They were for driving without a license, driving without insurance, and for failing to provide a valid registration card.

Alongside the posting he wrote: 'Appreciate Ya so much for the prayers … they told me don't make a video but I'm still breathing so I gotta let ya no I'll be back' Wap was seen laying on the ground in Paterson as several people tended to him on Saturday. He was then taken away in an ambulance.

His representatives released a statement on Saturday night saying: 'Fetty Wap was involved in a motorcycle incident earlier today. He was treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition. His family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support.

'They ask that you respect their privacy during this time. We will provide an update on his condition as it becomes available.'
