Sokoto Chief Imam, 9 Other Sokoto Citizens Killed In Hajj Stampede

Am sorry to say these but i do not get it. My dear moslem pals how does someone save up cash to go on an hajj that he or she is not sure of returning alive?

The Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has said that the Chief Imam of the Sultan Abubakar III Jumaa’at Mosque, Sokoto, Liman Dan-Ata, is among those killed in the stampede which occurred in Mina, Saudi Arabia on Thursday. The Media Assistant to the agency, Farouk Umar, made this known today.
The state government had in a statement issued on Saturday by Imam Imam, spokesman to Governor Aminu Tambuwal, confirmed the killing of nine other pilgrims from the state in the Mina stampede.
